How it works

1. Join on this page. You need a Finnish business ID and a bank account.
2. You get your own link and referral code. Share them with the event organisers you work with.
3. When an organiser orders through your link or gives your code when ordering, their organisation is attached to you.
4. You earn 50% of the organisation's payments (excl. VAT) for 12 months from its first payment.

Terms in brief

• Companies and organisations with a Finnish business ID that are in the prepayment register (ennakkoperintärekisteri) may join.
• The commission is 50% of the referred organisation's payments excluding VAT for 12 months from its first payment. New customers only: an organisation that has already paid for Deckhandoff earns nothing.
• An organisation is attached to you when the code from your link, or the code they give themselves, arrives before their first payment. You can't refer your own organisation.
• A commission is recorded once the customer has paid and is confirmed 30 days later. Refunded or credited payments void the commission.
• Confirmed commissions are paid by bank transfer once a month when they add up to at least €50. Smaller sums carry over to the next month.
• Payment is based on a self-billing invoice drawn up by Deckhandoff, which you accept by joining. If your company is VAT registered, VAT is added to the commission.
• No spam, no misleading advertising and no search ads on the Deckhandoff name. A breach suspends your link, and commissions it brought may be voided.
• The link sets no cookie. The code reaches the order email during the same visit, so tell your customer the code directly too.
• The terms may change with notice by email. Commissions already earned are paid under the terms in force when they were earned. You can leave at any time.

We store the contact person's name and email, the company's name, business ID and bank account, the times your link was opened (no IP addresses) and your commissions. They are used only to calculate and pay commissions, and records of paid commissions are kept for six years under the Finnish Accounting Act.
