Affiliate programme

Recommend Deckhandoff to event organisers and earn 50% of what they pay in their first year.

The affiliate programme is for AV companies, event agencies, producers and venues who see speaker presentations being collected by email. Join at deckhandoff.fi/en/affiliates.

How to join

  1. Open the affiliate page and enter your email. You'll get a single-use sign-in link.
  2. Fill in the contact person, company, business ID and bank account (IBAN), and accept the terms.
  3. You get your own link like deckhandoff.fi/r/abc23def and a referral code right away.
  • Only companies and organisations with a Finnish business ID that are in the prepayment register can join.
  • You don't need to be a Deckhandoff customer or have events of your own.

How a customer is attached to you

  • When an organiser opens your link, the code goes into the order email during the same visit. The link sets no cookie.
  • Tell the customer the code directly too: they can write it in their order email. The code has no look-alike characters, so it can be read aloud.
  • The organisation is attached to you before its first payment. An organisation that has already paid for Deckhandoff earns nothing, and you can't refer your own organisation.

What you earn

You earn 50% of the referred organisation's payments excluding VAT for 12 months from its first payment. For example, a Pro event (€149) earns you €74.50 and a yearly Unlimited (€1,490) €745.

When commissions are paid

  1. A commission is recorded once the customer has paid. An invoice alone is not enough.
  2. It is confirmed 30 days later. A refunded or credited payment voids the commission.
  3. Confirmed commissions are paid by bank transfer once a month when they reach €50. A smaller sum carries over to the next month.

Payment is based on a self-billing invoice drawn up by Deckhandoff. If your company is VAT registered, VAT is added to the commission. On the affiliate page you see your link's clicks, your customers and your commissions by state, and you can change your payment details.

What's not allowed

  • Spam or misleading advertising.
  • Search ads on the Deckhandoff name.

A breach suspends your link, and commissions it brought may be voided.
