Every speaker gets a personal upload link. Deckhandoff checks the presentation, names it and moves it to the technical team's folder. Speakers see which version arrived, organisers see what's missing, and the technical team sees what changed.

1Organiser
The schedule is read from Google Sheets or Excel. Every speaker gets a link that already knows the session, day and time.
2Speaker
The checks show right away in the browser, with instructions to fix each problem.
3Technical partner
Files are named and moved to day folders in Google Drive, from where they can be synced to the presentation computers.
The deck is checked in the speaker's browser before upload and again on the server. The checks read the file's structure in code and give the same result every time.
An error stops the version from being accepted, and a warning is shown to the speaker with instructions. If fonts or videos look risky, the speaker is asked to add a PDF backup alongside.
A speaker stops worrying only when they see the whole chain. So the confirmation also shows what happened to the file after upload.
The file is safe and has a version number
Named and moved to the right day's folder. The previous version is kept aside.
The technical partner confirms with one click. A new version resets it.
Finished files go to the event's Google Drive folder, which you can share with the technical team and sync to the presentation computers.
The database is in Ireland and the files in Western Europe. Presentations are not processed with AI.
Deckhandoff deletes speaker data and files an agreed time after the event (90 days by default). A data processing agreement and a privacy notice template are ready in the help.

VAT of 25.5% is added to all prices. The event price covers the whole event regardless of its length and number of speakers. The Unlimited yearly fee can be paid by e-invoice. No. Each gets a personal link in their invitation. It works for all their sessions for the whole event and survives schedule changes.
