• Export a Keynote presentationThe venue computers can't open Keynote files. Export to PowerPoint or PDF.
• Save an old .ppt as .pptxOld .ppt files are not accepted. Save the presentation as .pptx.
• The file can't be openedThe file is damaged or not what its name says. Save or export it again.
• Change the slides to 16:9The screen at the venue is 16:9. Other slide sizes show black bars.
• Embed fonts or add a PDFFonts that aren't on the venue computers are replaced, and text can move.
• Insert the video into the presentationThe video is linked to a file on your computer, so it won't play at the venue.
• Avoid videos that play from the internetThe venue network can be unreliable. Embed the video in the presentation if you can.
• Convert the video to MP4 (H.264)Some video formats play on Mac but not on Windows, or the other way round.
• Make a large file smallerLarge files are accepted, but take longer to upload and copy.
