Confirmation and delivery

Your page shows the current version: first slide, version number, time and check results. The same arrives as a confirmation in your email.

Delivery steps

1. Received: the file is safe and has a version number.
2. Checked: the server checked the presentation.
3. With the tech team: the file is named and moved to the technical team's folder.
4. Ready on the stage computer: the technical partner has confirmed the file is on the presentation computer.

Versions

• A new upload never replaces an earlier one. It becomes the next version.
• If a version is rejected, the technical team's folder keeps the previous accepted version. Fix the problem and upload again.
• A new version resets Ready on the stage computer, because the technical team has to fetch it again.
