DeckhandoffOnce the organiser has made a run sheet, the partner view has a button Ajolista ja tekniset kentät (run sheet and technical fields). It shows the whole master run sheet: the organiser's rows and the sub-producers' sections, the presentations' state, and everyone's changes as they happen.
- Add a field at the top of the run sheet: + Lisää kenttä (add field). Give it a name and choose its type: text, checkbox or choice list (options separated by commas).
- Choose Alituottaja voi täyttää omissa osioissaan if the section's sub-producer should fill it in on their own rows.
- Fill in the fields under the rows. You can also write in the rows' Tekniikka (technical notes) column.
Only the organiser can edit the run sheet's other fields. The fields also show in the printout, the team's view link and in Ontime as custom fields. Removing a field removes its values from every row.
