Day lock and late changes

Versions after the lock are marked late, and the partner gets a message about them right away.

Each event day is locked a set number of hours before 09:00 on that day. The default is 24 hours, i.e. 09:00 the day before.

  • Speakers can still upload a fix after the lock. Their page says the technical team gets it at the last minute.
  • A version that arrives after the lock is marked late and shows as its own group in the partner view.
  • When a late version has been delivered, the partner (if an email is set) and the organiser get a message right away.
  • The partner and the organiser get a summary when each day is locked.

The lock time is set in the event settings.
