Event settings

Upload deadline, day lock, naming pattern, day folders, file sizes and retention.

The settings are on the Asetukset (settings) page. Changes apply from the moment you save.

  • Viimeinen latauspäivä (upload deadline): versions after this are marked late in the status view. Uploads stay open.
  • Päivälukitus (day lock, hours before 09:00 on the day): 24 means 09:00 the day before. See Day lock.
  • Tiedostonimen kaava (file name pattern): tokens {pvm}, {päivä}, {sali}, {klo}, {sessio}, {etunimi}, {sukunimi}, {versio} and {ext}. The preview shows an example.
  • Päiväkansion kaava (day folder pattern): tokens {päivä}, {pv}, {kk} and {pvm}. Folders already created are not renamed.
  • Suurin tiedostokoko and varoitus suuresta tiedostosta (largest file size and large file warning, MB).
