Log: who changed what

Every change made to the event in time order: who did what and when.

The Loki (log) tab in the organiser view shows every change made to the event, newest first and grouped by day. Members of the organisation see the log. Producers, the technical partner and speakers do not.

What is logged

  • Run sheet and schedule: rows and sections added, changes with their old and new values, moves and deletions, speakers, technical fields, producers added and removed, and imports from a sheet.
  • Presentations and material: who uploaded which version, where and when, and whether it was rejected, delivered to Drive or failed to deliver.
  • Speakers' answers: the need for sound and the own-computer declaration.
  • Technical partner: changes marked as fetched and "loaded on the presentation computer" confirmations.
  • Invitations and reminders: who sent them to whom and how the sending went, including producers' invitations.
  • Links: a speaker's link replaced, and partner, schedule and run sheet links created and revoked.
  • Settings, branding and Ontime: what was changed, and changes to the Ontime connection.

When someone types in the run sheet, the same person's changes to the same field within 10 minutes show as one entry, e.g. Ohjelma ”Avaus” → ”Avaussanat”. Its time then shows when the editing started and ended.

Narrow the log by topic or by who made the change with the choices at the top. The page shows 100 entries at a time, and Vanhemmat merkinnät (older entries) shows earlier ones.

The log started on 9 October 2026 and has no older changes. It is deleted with the event's other personal data when the retention period ends.
