DeckhandoffThe status view (Tilanne) lists the event's sessions by day. The counts at the top filter the list: Vaatii toimia (needs action), Varoituksia (warnings), Valmiina (ready) and Käsitellään (in progress). The organiser view is in Finnish.
Session states
- Puuttuu (missing): no presentation has been uploaded, and the speaker hasn't said they bring their own computer.
- Hylätty (rejected): the newest version didn't pass the checks. The technical team's folder has the previous accepted version, if there is one.
- Toimitus epäonnistui (delivery failed): the file couldn't be moved to Drive. The fault is ours, not the speaker's. See Delivery failed.
- Käsitellään (in progress): checking or delivery is still running.
- Varoituksia (warnings): delivered, but with notes, e.g. aspect ratio or fonts.
- Oma kone (own computer): the speaker presents from their own computer. See Own computer.
- OK: delivered without notes.
Labels
- myöhässä (late): the current version arrived after the upload deadline.
- ei kutsuttu and ei käynyt sivulla: the speaker hasn't been invited, or hasn't opened their link.
- Ääni (sound): the speaker's answer to the sound question, and detected sound if the presentation has any. See Sound.
The session name opens the session page: speakers and their links, the current version's thumbnail, checks and every version, and upload on a speaker's behalf. Manifest ↗ opens the partner's manifest sheet.
