Invitations and links

Each speaker gets an invitation in their language with a personal upload link.

The Kutsut ja linkit (invitations and links) page shows every speaker's sessions, invitation status, a preview of the message and their link.

  1. Choose the speakers to invite. Those not yet invited are selected already.
  2. Check the message in the preview. It is in the speaker's language and links to the technical guidelines.
  3. Choose Lähetä kutsut valituille (send invitations to the selected). The messages are sent in the background one at a time, so you can close the page.

Kopioi copies the speaker's link if you want to send it yourself. The same link can be used as many times as needed.

If a speaker can't find the invitation, send it again or copy the link to them. See A speaker didn't get the invitation.
