A session moves
When a session's speakers move together to a new time, Deckhandoff recognises it as a move. Uploads, answers and links are kept. The current file is renamed for the new time and moved to the new day's folder if needed.
A speaker is no longer in the sheet
The preview shows Kannassa mutta ei enää Sheetissä (in the database but no longer in the sheet). Speakers are removed from their sessions only if you choose Poista Sheetistä puuttuvat puhujat sessioistaan. Uploads are kept, and the speaker returns to the session if they are in the sheet again later.
If a session is left without speakers, its delivered files move from the day folder to _vanhat, and the session disappears from the status view, the manifest and the partner view.
Links
A speaker's link belongs to the speaker for the whole event, not to one session. It works for all their sessions and survives schedule changes.
